All complaints received will be recorded and investigated promptly. An acknowledgement of your complaint will be sent to you within 7 working days and a full response will be given within 14 working days of receipt of your complaint. Should it not be possible to conclude within this time, the person investigating the complaint will update you every 7 days until the complaint can be concluded.
We will endeavor at all times to seek a resolution to your complaint.
As part of our complaints procedure, all outcomes are monitored and recorded.
