Care at home / outreach services

Do you need some support with daily living?

This service is for people who need some care and support, either in their own or their family home.

The service is sometimes called ‘care at home’, ‘outreach’ or ‘domiciliary care’. It can be provided from as little as a few hours a week to 24-hours per day.

We support people in lots of different ways and tailor the support to meet each person’s different needs, wishes and choices - to make it right for you.
