Leisure and Education Outreach Services, Hertfordshire
The Charity's Leisure and Education Outreach Services support people over the age of 18 who require support for daily living.
Introduction
LEOS is a communiy-based service offering a wide range of activities tailored to the individual. The service can be accessed either in groups or one-to-one (or higher) supported sessions, which are held in social settings or in people's homes.

Carers' Break
LEOS also provides a carers' break service, which offers respite to carers of individuals who live in the Hertfordshire area. The service offers a variety of activities during college holidays,weekends or evenings, which are agreed between the individual and the tutor.
Transitional support for schools leavers can also be provided.
How to access the service
An application should be made using our referral procedure as lodged with social services or individually by contacting our regional office. Once a referral is received, our staff will meet the individual and family and arrange for assessment of needs.
