The Olallo Project, London

Accomodation and Support
This developing service, based in London, offers short term accommodation and help for newly-arrived migrants, with no recourse to public funds, so that they are able to find work and a place in society, rather than falling into homelessness.

Introduction
In response to the plight of the hundreds of newly arrived migrants into London who are falling into homelessness, this service has been developed in partnership with the Poor Servants of the Mother of God and The Passage.

The Project
The project, based in central London, will offer accommodation and training opportunities, providing a safe place that will support the individuals concerned to get back on their feet.  The project aims to help people from the A10 countries who are rough sleeping in London.

It will aim to create independence and all who benefit from the hostel must be willing to engage fully in the support they will be given to find a job, and eventually somewhere permanent to live.  Some may be repatriated if they are not equipped for life in the UK.
