Enfield Recovery and Resettlement Project

This is a unique partnership project with Barnet Enfield and Haringey NHS Trust providing individualised rehabilitation, offering opportunities for people with acute or enduring Mental Health issues to receive practical, emotional support enabling people to successfully make the transition from medical/residential care to suitable independent living options. The support we will offer gives people the opportunity to learn and develop social and practical skills necessary to function in their own environment and community as independently as possible.
