Regular Giving

Regular gifts are particularly valuable and help us to plan ahead. There are various ways of doing this:

Standing Order
A standing order is one of the best ways to support the Order’s work and is simple to arrange. Simply print off and complete the Standing Order Form and return to us at the address below. We will send off the section to your bank or building society who will transfer the amount of your choice directly to us on a regular basis. You can of course cancel or amend your order at anytime should your circumstances change.

Payroll Giving
This is another easy and tax-free way to give by making regular contributions directly from your salary. You can give on a weekly or monthly basis. Each time you are paid, a donation is deducted by your payroll office, before tax, and sent to us. Your employer should have details on how to proceed with this.

Gift Aid
Increase the value of your donation at no extra cost to yourself. If you are a UK tax payer, the Gift Aid scheme means your gift can be increased in value by almost a third. This means for example a gift of £10 would actually be worth £12.80 to the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God. I f you would like us to claim back the tax on any donation you make, please complete a Gift Aid declaration form and send it to us at the address below.
